FSD has been asked to return with its shows to amusement parks, nightclubs, fairs, and festivals year after year; including an unprecedented five straight Halloween seasons at The Magic Castle – Hollywood’s exclusive private club for illusionists, 5 years at the Full Throttle Saloon in Sturgis for Bike Week, 5 years at the Texas Showdown Festival – the biggest tattoo show and concert event in the world, plus many years at Memphis’s Delta Fair & Music Festival, Oklahoma City’s FrightFest at Frontier City Amusement Park, and the list goes on and on.

INFORMATION AND BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
FreakShow Deluxe (FSD) is headquartered in Hollywood, CA – but we travel and perform nationally & internationally. Rates vary depending on location.
Standard FSD daily rates start as follows:
* Single Performer or Small Show: $800
* Full Show (2-3 performers): $1,500
* Large Show (4-5 performers): $2,000
* Film, Video, and Television Production are booked at SAG/AFTRA rates.
Additional charges may apply for the following:
* Fuel Charges or Air Travel
* Accommodations
* Catering Expenses or Per Diem
* Management Fee for Large Shows or Extended Events
**FSD offers great discounts for multiple show dates and extended runs!**
FSD and its entertainers DO NOT USE LIVE ANIMALS in exhibition or performance.
PERFORMANCE RIDER
FreakShow Deluxe (FSD) includes a Performance Rider with its Agreements. Included on the Rider are the following points:
* FSD provides shows with props, & performers, it does not normally provide portable structures, tents, lighting or sound equipment.
* Outdoor venues are acceptable, but should be sheltered from elements for best show results.
* A stage is ideal, but not required.
* Access to electricity is required for most shows.
* Performance area must be brightly lit for audience visibility.
* Audio hookups for music and microphones are preferred.
* A private dressing area for performers is usually required.
FIRE PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER
The client is responsible for all necessary permits and permissions for fire performance. Local fire authorities should be consulted to approve fire performances within the venue. Fire eating and breathing is considerably less impressive in daylight or when it is sunny, and can be unsafe and difficult in windy conditions.
PAYMENT
FreakShow Deluxe (FSD) accepts, cash, check or credit card. A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% is required with the balance of the payment is due upon performance, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Once a booking has been arranged, a Performance Agreement will be created and sent to the client along with a Performance Rider. A fully executed Agreement and deposit are required before an event is considered “confirmed.”

FreakShow Deluxe (FSD) features live human performers doing acts and stunts requiring tremendous skill and training. Many of the acts performed are extremely dangerous and/or may be very shocking to some. While FSD features a wide variety of shows, even our most family friendly ones may be difficult for some to watch. But the intent of all the acts is to shock, awe and inspire – it is part of the long-standing tradition of sideshow – so we make no apologies. However, we DO try to create the best show with the best performers for your event. FreakShow Deluxe LLC reserves the right to refuse bookings for any reason.
USAGE
FreakShow Deluxe, FreakShow Family, Koffin Krewe, Skeleton Crew, and Voodoo Krewe are trademarked & operated by FreakShow Deluxe LLC. The names “FreakShow Deluxe,” "FreakShow Family," “Koffin Krewe,” “Skeleton Crew,” and “Voodoo Krewe” may only be used when booking with this company and its performers. These names may not be used in conjunction with any other performances or productions. Performers booked through FreakShow Deluxe LLC, and contracted to perform in other productions, should only be billed by as themselves, and the above names should not be used publicly in any form or capacity.
